By purchasing or using any eSIM from eSIMOfficial.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Service Description

eSIMOfficial.com provides digital eSIM profiles for travelers who wish to stay connected during their trips.
Our eSIMs are delivered via QR Code (no physical SIM card) and only work on compatible devices listed on our compatibility page.

Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing.

2. Pricing

eSIM prices vary by country and plan type.
All prices are clearly listed on our website and may change without notice.

Plans will automatically expire once:

The allocated data is fully used, or
The validity period ends.

You can browse all available plans in our eSIM Store.

3. Payments

We accept secure payments via PayPal.
We are not responsible for any additional fees your bank may charge.

In the case of a billing dispute, you must notify us at help@esimofficial.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing clear details about the issue.
We commit to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order without penalty before completing the payment or before receiving the eSIM QR Code.
Once the eSIM QR Code has been delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted unless a technical issue from our side is reported and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t find your eSIM email. Failure to locate it does not qualify for a refund.
If approved, refunds will be made using the same payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

5. Entire Agreement

These Conditions of Use, together with our
Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and eSIMOfficial.com.
They override any previous agreements or representations.

Any amendment or waiver must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
