1. Exchange Policy

If you receive an eSIM that does not match the one you ordered, esimofficial.com will offer you an exchange within 24 hours.
If you have already purchased an eSIM and wish to change it to a different type, you can contact us via our 7/7 live chat support or by email at help@esimofficial.com.
If the request is approved, we will send you a new eSIM that matches your updated needs.

2. Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as payment has not been made or the eSIM QR code has not yet been delivered.
Once the QR code is delivered, cancellation and refund are no longer possible, except in the case of a technical error from our side, which cannot be resolved by our support team.
If you do not find the eSIM email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us promptly for assistance. Failure to do so will disqualify you from claiming a refund.
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal). The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
